2. Cancellation & Return Policy

a. Cooling-off Period – 14 Days (for eligible products)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving non-bespoke (non-customised) goods for a full refund.

Please Note: Most of our products are made-to-measure and customised, and therefore exempt from standard return rights under these regulations.

3. Non-returnable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Custom-made windows and doors

  • Special order items produced to your unique specifications

  • Products that have been installed or altered

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling

4. Returns of Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@sbmglazing.com with photos and a description of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you

  • For approved returns, we will coordinate collection or request that you hold the product for inspection

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued via your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the transaction to appear in your account

  • For partial refunds (e.g., non-returnable items), a breakdown will be provided

6. Order Cancellation (before manufacturing)

If you’d like to cancel your order before production begins, please contact us immediately at info@sbmglazing.com. We will confirm if cancellation is possible and issue a full or partial refund based on the stage of production.
